Coordinators Report:
ό POP Meeting January 9th - Monies will be coming for this year. It looks like next year is all set as well and that the Maine Support Network will get its usual funding.
ό Newsletter was completed Hand out copies.
ό Janet Allen announcement given out to Steering Committee. Ann will email announcement
ό I will attend EMCC meeting February 13th.
ό Do we want reports from our member groups each month?
ie: Superintendents, KAD, Principals, Curriculum Coordinators
ό List of professional development activities in each district?

Peter is looking to redesign front page and is working on names of content areas.
There are several educational links now on the webpage.
Speakers:
Carol Ann Thomlinson may be available next year.
Jill Spencer for fall workshop Ann will work on this.
Janet Allen for an ongoing relationship is a possibility. Next focus would be reading and writing in the Content Areas.

Assessment:
Need more focused offerings that align with requirements for HQT so that teachers can use these as an avenue.
Need to get MMSA coming for both math and science for next year.
March Meeting Visioning Bring district information regarding PD opportunities.
Agenda:
Clarify long and short-term goals 3 years activities
Look at what we need to present the superintendents
Data management
Technology educator
Importance of Professional Development availability and access
Flexible school day for PD
Are we at a point where we need to broaden our focus?
Data collection: Where is everyone? Brainstorm what we can do together and present it to the superintendents.
NOTE: The April meeting will be held Wednesday, April 7th at Ella P. Burr School. Jim Boothby will facilitate at EPB to look at Maine Learns.
